Sometimes I just say WOW!!
Our bodies are amazing :)...because?...they are so intricate & yet so simple. A car must have water to keep the engine cool, oil to lubricate it, & fuel to convert to energy, plus a regular check-over, then it runs like clockwork & we never question the workings, we just know it's working. People need water, yes, & food, ofcourse, but something that gets overlooked in the whole picture is,...if this food does not get converted & broken down into it's various chemical components,..we are in trouble. You might say, well ofcourse I'm digesting it, my stomach's empty, but our small intestine has to do all the work of sorting out what goes where, by producing the right enzymes, & absorbing the right nutrients, in a way that they can be metabolised.
An enzyme that doesn't function, or an essential vitamin missing in your body, can wreak havoc & I have experienced this myself. If I had only listened to my doctor, I would have been on beta blockers, anti-depressants & various other medication through time, Whereas I no longer have palpitations the doctor told me were normal for my age, I no longer feel out of breath when I climb the stairs, I no longer have indigestion, or headaches,...the list over time is endless. We allow dis-ease to insidiously creep upon on us, we are told it's our age. We are disempowered & disconnected from our own wellness & all the time, the first port of call could simply be some vitamins or minerals. There are plenty of good sources out there - don't go for cheap, with fillers,...& kinesiology is a wonderful tool for clarifying what your body is doing or not doing.
There is nothing more important than you
